School Party Bags

Schools that allow birthday parties are quite strict about keeping the celebration within recess period (or about 20 minutes) and rightly so, of course. Twenty minutes is not a lot of time and parents often find themselves in a mad rush to prepare, serve the food and clean up afterwards.
